Your bank knows your balance. This module helps you work out what is actually available after upcoming commitments and money you chose to protect.
Bring transaction components, platform payouts and bank settlement together so you can explain what was paid, what was deducted and whether it reached the bank.
Find likely repeat charges, possible duplicates and price increases, then review what they cost by month and by year.
Check supplier invoices, credit notes and payment activity against bank settlement, while duplicates, missing payments and unclear matches stay visible.
Match customer remittances and bank receipts to open invoices, while partial payments, grouped allocations and unresolved exceptions stay visible.
Checkout is charged in ZAR (South African Rand). Your card provider will convert the amount into your local currency and may apply its own exchange rate or fee.
More practical tools are being worked on. These are planned modules, not products available for purchase yet.
Compare payroll outputs with the movements that reached the bank.
Bring the checks that tend to surface at quarter-end into one focused view.

Choose the tool you need. Your purchase unlocks that tool inside Core.
Open your delivery email. Download Core.zip and your START HERE guide. Follow the steps for Windows or Mac.
Open Core. Set up your business and keep your recovery key safe. Activate your tool using your order number and purchase email. Your financial records stay on your computer.
Statements are processed locally. Transactions, balances, income, commitments, reserves and calculations are never uploaded to FMB.
Shopify handles purchase records. Licence information is used only to confirm access; it does not include financial records or spending results.
Export a private backup file and restore it on the next device. There is no automatic financial-data synchronisation.
I build things when the existing answer is five exports, three emails and somebody remembering what happened last month.
From My Backpack is where the useful ones go once they are good enough to hand to somebody else. The common thread is the work that somehow still happens between the systems.
