AP Checker helps you compare bills and supplier invoices with payment activity and bank settlement so duplicates, missing payments and incorrect amounts stay visible.
What it does
• Imports AP registers, credit notes, payment activity and bank statements from CSV or XLSX.
• Applies credit notes only when supplier, currency and original invoice reference identify one invoice.
• Flags duplicate invoices and credit notes, unpaid and overdue invoices, partial payments, overpayments, unmatched payments and ambiguous bank settlement.
• Preserves source rows and exports audit findings.
• Works locally in Core without a bank connection.
What you receive
The Core installer for Windows and Apple silicon Mac, a separate START HERE guide, and activation of AP Checker inside Core. Other modules remain separate purchases.
Compatibility
Install Core on a Windows 64-bit (Intel/AMD) computer, or an Apple silicon Mac running macOS 13 or later. Your work is saved in an encrypted database on that computer. Make a Core backup after important changes and before moving to another computer.
One-time individual licence. Runs in the Core desktop app. No physical item will be shipped.
