AR Match helps you reconcile customer payments and remittance advice against outstanding invoices; without spreadsheets full of manual lookups or unexplained differences.
Import your AR ledger and customer remittance files in CSV or XLSX format. AR Match identifies exact allocations, handles payments covering multiple invoices, combines multiple payments against one invoice, preserves partial balances and keeps overpayments, deductions and missing references visible.
Probable reference matches are never silently accepted. You can confirm, reject or manually adjust allocations while retaining a traceable record of every decision. Optional bank-statement evidence verifies whether each remittance was actually received, without confusing bank verification with invoice allocation.
